~ Ghurabaa [The Strangers] ~

Rasulullah sallahu alaihi wassalam said :

"Islam began as something strange, and it will return as something strange the way it began. So give Tooba [Glad tidding] for the Strangers"
[1]

In another narration companion Radiyallahu anhu asked Rasulullahu sallahu alaihi wassalam :

Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah?

Rasulullahu Salallahu alahi wassalam said: “Those who are righteous when the people are corrupt.”[2]

Strange, that word refer to small number of people….they who stick to adhering to Qur’an and the Sunnah Rasulullah sallahu alaihi wassalam…

They are the one who, every time hear a hadeeth, rushes to apply it and very keen to act upon it, whether it is mustahabb or naafil.

They walk among people like a stranger.. They have to face many challenge in daily basis….
They have to face their own beloved parents, siblings, relatives, colleague to be strange….

They have to patiently bearing the difficulty of being a stranger….

They will call other to Islam.. to adhere the truth teaching of Islam.. to love the sunnah…
They are firm people who trying to voice the messages of Rasulullah sallahu alahi wassalam who said:
“You must adhere to my Sunnah and the way of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs who come after me. Adhere to it and cling to it strongly, and beware of newly-invented matters, for every newly-invented matter is an innovation (bid’ah) and every innovation is a going astray.” [3]
They have to patient no one response but few…. Instead of that they will be accused by so many fitnah… blind accusation to be different.. … have to keep struggling to make their voice hear but just little…to bring other to the light of islam…

They have to leave all forms of corruption, nationalism, free-mixing, customs and traditions etc. purely for the sake of Allah, never fearing from the blame of the blamers.

The glad tiding for the stranger……
Rasullah sallahu alahi wassalam said…

“Ahead of you there lie days of patience, during which being patient will be like grasping a hot coal. The one who does good deeds then will have a reward like that of fifty men who do such deeds. – And someone else added – They said: O Messenger of Allaah, the reward of fifty of them? He said: “The reward of fifty of you.” [4]

Allah is the source of our strength …. May Allah make us proud to be the minority …..

My dear strangers….. Have trust in Allah.. be firm always……

Wallahualam bishshowab…
